Lost Treasures

My mother was rummaging through some drawers this morning, looking for a necklace that belonged to her mother when she lived, and THIS came out!

I recognized the pattern from across the room, so I dropped my croissant and scurried over. There it was, vintage Dior, lying about in our living room. My mother gave it to me, knowing I would do it better justice than a dark drawer, LOVE it!

I think it's nice to still use something that belonged to my grandmother. Wish she still lived, she was so lovely and wise and timelessly elegant ...
