Festival Chique

1. LOOSE TEE AND SHORTS
Alexander Wang top
Aubin & Wills shorts
Miu Miu bag
See by Chloé slouchy boots
Ray-Ban sunglasses

2. THE PLAYSUIT

If you're wearing a sweet little playsuit, balance out the femininity with edgy accessories like this YSL cuff and wayfarer sunglasses.

Chloé playsuit
Giuseppe Zanotti sandals
Marc by Marc Jacobs bag
Yves Saint Laurent cuff
Ray-Ban sunglasses

3. THE DENIM SHORTS
The other way around: if you're wearing something not very elegant like rubber boots, balance that out with a more feminine cami.

Rochas top
J Brand denim shorts
Burberry boots
Mulberry messenger bag

My tips:
- never wear a skirt or a dress, it's not practical when you want to sit down on the grass.
- wear rubber boots when you can expect a muddy field, who says they can't look fashionable?
- always balance out easy vs. girly. You don't want to look so dolled up people think you belong at a ballroom event instead of the festival, but you should at least be recognizable as a girl and let your personal sense of style shine through.
- Always bring a bag you can hang to your body, never something you have to hold onto all the time.

EMMA (My Fashion Blog) did a piece in a magazine on festivalwear and I don't agree with what she says, so I did this post to show what I think are good looks and tips.
