Olivia Palermo make up tutorial

I adore this look, especially when the line isn't too winged out, just like this.
I always mess up using a liquid eyeliner, maybe I should try a gel formula like her and an angled brush? Is it easier that way?

FYI: This is NOT me, I got this from the olivia palermo blog, sorry if that wasn't clear!
(I wish it was me though, I'd love to be able to do makeup like that!)
