I was inspired by this post  and this image to go looking for tiny and pretty and lacey bras and I found the perfect ones at Oysho, a cute and affordable store that I discovered in Rome this year (took this home with me). Unfortunately only online in Belgium for now, but they ship for  almost free. These pretty things definitely cheer up rainy days..

PS Mind, most bras only for girls who wear size B. Bras run very true to size.

I just finished my last exam and I'm feeling generous so I'm going to share a little shopping secret with you (well it's not much of a secret, just something most people don't think of, I know I didn't): shop at Zara Kids. Great stuff at half the price. I got those two plissé items for 35 euros. And if you don't believe it can look good if you choose right: look at Jessie here, wearing a Zara Kids dress. Unfortunately this trick is only for girls who normally wear sizes XS, EU34, UK6 or US2, since these are roughly the same as the largest kids' size (13-14y). Happy shopping!

3rd Anniversary

Yesterday my boyfriend and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary with a sixties Mad Men inspired date. He got me these beautiful patent ballet flats in the most beautiful ballerina box and my favorite flowers. Love.

Because I need to save money for my trip to New York (but I can't resist buying at least something) I got only two items this sales period: a nice leather Longchamp wallet (much needed, I never find any of my credit cards or ID) 30% off and Zara pants like Jessica Alba is wearing in the picture above. They weren't on sale though, God knows why.

New nailpolish

Because I only have a hot red, a dark red and a soft pink nailpolish, I wanted something more neutral and subtle. I didn't want to go for a clear polish, and so I chose this silky white one. I like it a lot because, like clear polish, it's not too obvious you're wearing polish but your nails look healthy and groomed. I especially like the colour on my toes. I definitely recommend it!

I didn't have school yesterday so I went for a more elaborate shopping trip with my mother, which was so much fun. And look what I got! At first we were at Zara because I had had my eye on this sweatshirt-fabric blazer, but of course they didn't have an XS and the S was flopping around my shoulders like a sail in the wind. But then we went to BCBG and there my mother found this! The perfect sweatshirt-fabric blazer that fits like a glove and has a very special, draped back. I love it so much! And luckily the temperatures will be rising again so I will be able to wear it very soon!

I also got a Superdry hoodie (just to keep me warm) and a great grey leopard printed scarf from the loveliest second hand vintage designer store I have ever seen: Jutka & Riska.

I went shopping with my mother today (which was a first in a very long time, so much fun), and we visited the Acne store in Antwerp, which is tiny, but beautiful. My darling mother bought the jeans for me as a gift. The two (very fashionable) salespeople were really nice, and although the shop doesn't really stand out when you're walking down the street, it is doing really well, three pairs of jeans were sold while we were there! Definitely worth a visit.

I went to the first day of sales in Antwerp today. It was terribly crowded but I found two amazing sales! A La Perla Glamour bra 30% off and this 100% cashmere sweater from COS, 50% off! If you're planning to go shopping during the sales, COS really is a good tip, I was instantly holding five pieces I wanted, they have all these luxurious fabrics and reinvented classics that I really love, and during the sales they are really affortable.
